They fought the Confederacy Of Independent Systems at many battles including Christophsis, Teth, Ryloth, Saleucami and Geonosis, to latter battles on Kiros, Sarrish, Moorjhone and Umbara. The 212th attack battalion also has sub units for example the 7th sky corp and Ghost Company. The 212th is very effective with tanks, artillery, and paratroopers which utilize jetpacks (if added). The 212th started as the 7th Sky Corp and evolved into a bigger battalion while keeping the 7th as a sub unit. The 212ths battle of Sarrish was one of its hardest battles and had the most casualties. Sadly the 212th lost Foxtrot Company and the battle but was able to regroup after the battle and still continue its campaign against the CIS. Or Do you fall back to the medics?: Most effective choice would to fall back to medics in order to get back out there and destroy those clankers. If you have troops that are relying on you and your leadership you hold out as long as you can with them. If you are covering a base and you have orders not to engage enemies, and a mandalorian sniper shoots at you while you are in an area with very little cover?: You shoot back at the enemy, inform command, and do not pursue unless authorized to.
